  • 3–4 Tbsp. soy sauce

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a large pot over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add eggs and stirring occasionally. Take out the eggs and transfer to another plate.

  • 20ml sesame oil
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced

  • 20g chopped coriander and cube fresh ginger sliced
  • 10ml light soy sauce
  • 2 free-range eggs
